Products Delivery Information
OnlyPOS is a brand of IMPELSOFT PTY LTD, an online store selling Point of Sale equipment.
Products are shipped through well-known Carriers of Australia viz., Star Track, Couriers Please, Toll Ipec etc. to name a few. Delivery depends on the location and may take longer if customers are located in rural/remote areas. Couriers provide speedy shipping across Australia including Tasmania & Norfolk Island.
Customers are requested to provide correct Post Code at the time of filling in shipping details online. We do not ship to Post Box numbers and a Physical/Street address is mandatory. Please also note that we do not leave packages at the local post office. If you are not available at the provided address at the time of delivery, the parcel shall be taken back to the Courier Depot and re-shipped the following day.

Express deliveries could be undertaken at an additional cost. The cut off time for processing orders in a day is typically 11 am. Orders received by 11 a.m. are shipped the same day subject to product availability.
We provide Australia wide free shipping on orders over $500.
Standard Delivery on the website is for standard size and metro. Although most times this should be within the cost guidelines of our freight companies. At times for bulky or remote / regional areas the cost could differ. In Such situation customer would be advised for additional freight costs to deliver the products.
Deliveries to New Zealand, Singapore, Papua New Guinea incur International Delivery Charges. Product Pricing and Shipping Charges shall vary for International Deliveries.
